Art activities related to model making are integrated into the Art and Design curriculum. In this module, students will develop an appreciation of a range of Public Arts and different architectural styles through exposure to the local and international contexts. They will use art conventions, techniques, and processes in providing visual solutions for planning and designing 3D architectural models. Students will also identify appropriate methods and strategies in teaching and assessing model-making. The module will provide students with opportunities to develop an understanding and application of the basic principles and concepts of Architecture and Public Art.
