Language testing is thus a requisite component of language and literature teaching. By reflecting on the current approaches to language and literature testing and assessment within the broader context of global influences and policy, aspiring educators will draw from a range of conceptual, theoretical and research-based resources to develop assessment literacy, gain professional insights and solutions to assessing English Language and Literature in English in a multilingual context.
